Can you tell me what is wrong with these tyres
I cannot understand your letter of complaint as there seems to be absolutely no reason for this kind of thinking down here. If you find the stuff not okay you may of course count for a quick refund, all you need to do is just write us on the address already known to you. you must be aware that this kind of stuff is actually normal in our company. We deal with that every day and we find it okay, we don"t take it personal, by any means. Actually, if you asked each and every of our crew one by one you would hopefully hear the same! It is not always that we get nervous by any letter you write to us. But from time to time such things happen obviously, for example that case with car tyres not that long ago. somebody wrote that he had bought a set of brand new tyres and after a week it turned out that they don"t fit his car well. Oh my god, that is the clearest I guess of all the examples of which complaints and reclamations are not taken into consideration. Everybody knows that this kind of stuff cannot just be seen as a justified return of money. Come on. You have to read the instructions more carefully and you will know what this stuff is based on, you will not make mistakes that would be this silly, allright? If I were somebody like that I would never write a cracking letter of this kind, this is just too sick in my opinion. Tyres are worth two hundred dollars and that honor lost during the whole thing is... just indescribable.
