I have my own server room in the basement of my house. I have many different accessories there and everything is fully computerized there. The server room was designed by a professional It scientist who works in a local network company in a big and professional server room. This IT scientist is my uncle and he taught me everything about computers, servers and the internet. He was the one who interested me with those topics. Anyway some time ago I had to buy a rack shelf with special vent holes to provide better air flow in my rack shelf. There were some problems with cooling systems so I ordered in via the internet a rack shelf. The rack shelf was delivered to me very quickly and few days later I tried to mount my new rack shelf into the rack cabinet. How surprised I was when during the installation the rack shelf broke into half like if it was made from plastic. I was so mad because it looked very solid. I immediately contacted with the online shop where I bought this rack shelf and they said that I had to file a complaint. I did it and I am waiting for the result. I has been almost three weeks from the day when I filed the complaint and there is still no answer. Well it was not my fault that the rack shelf broke and I am sure it was faulty from the beginning. Well I guest that I should not buy chap Chinese stuff but more solid American product.
