A friend of mine has just opened a new business. She started the company with a friend of hers, Frank. Actually, it is not a new business at all. It all began ten years ago, when they were both fifteen years old. They needed to get some money to buy clothes, CDs and tickets for concerts. They were both artistically gifted so they decided to create something with their own hands. They started making jewellery from stones, beads, thread and caps. Of course, their target customers were other teenagers. They became so successful that soon they printed out their own catalogues and became really popular in the city. Now, after ten years, they have decided to start again. They are going to sell gold jewellery to teenagers and adults alike. Of course, the jewellery will be ornamented with various details such as gemstones, little paintings or glass. They have already designed several models of earrings, bracelets, chains and pendants. The most interesting thing is that they are going to create their jewellery from scrap gold only. If you have any broken or damaged rings, necklaces or earrings and you would like to sell gold, please let me know. I am sure Jane and Frank will accept it. And I must add that they are the most motivated people I know and I truly believe that they will become successful again.
