creatine is useful
The other day I did a research about supplements. I asked random people, in my school, on the street, in parks, even in library about different supplements and about the reason why people take them. I did that to check whether people are aware of the simple fact that supplements are not only aimed at bodybuilder"s needs. We, people who don"t work out, can take them too. I for the fact, am eating a lot of whey protein and a lot of other supplements which boost my brain in a natural way. I also take vitamins and minerals and I don"t imagine my life without those boosters. They are made to help people and we should benefit from it. Fortunately my research was successful and believe me or not, a lot of people are aware that there are things like supplements and what is more, they are helpful. I asked people about protein and they actually answered that it helps our bodies grow but not in a way a mass gainer do. They told me that it is something about muscles, that proteins are in muscles so when we eat a lot of them they aid our muscles - fair enough, I am really pleased with those answers. Then I asked a more difficult question. What is creatine and why do people use it. I was really astonished. Most people answered that creatine is useful as it ‘pumps" our muscles and make them grow. The results were really amazing, I would never guess that normal people know about things like that.
